Senior Marketing Manager Salary up to £28,000 (DOE)
The Team:
You'll be making a big difference within our web focused, passionate & dynamic team that has grown rapidly over the last 4 years, specialising in Theatre & Family niche short-breaks. We've grown our turnover to £30 million in this time and are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with the experience to add significantly to our team's great results.
This role gives the right candidate a superb opportunity to create and deliver innovative strategic and tactical campaigns for theatre breaks, to drive profitable customer acquisition, conversion and retention and to build loyal customer relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- • Scheduling and planning innovative marketing campaigns with clear objectives and measurement
- • Monitor and track campaigns, analyse the results and recommend appropriate improvements
- • Communicate tactical offers and promotions to relevant audiences in a timely and effective way to maximise effectiveness
- • Understand the customer point of view, initiate ideas and projects to improve the customer experience within brand guidelines
- • Input into development and lead the roll out of our theatre breaks brand, monitor brand usage and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing communications and by the rest of company
You will need to:
- • Good working knowledge of planning and implementation of creative marketing campaigns incorporating both online (inc. email, online ads, SEO) and offline marketing techniques (inc. direct mail, advertising & PR)
- • Experience of working with branded products or services
- • Understand customer profiles and segments and applying them to all communications and campaigns
- • Organisational and time management skills ability to multitask, use your initiative and be self-motivated
- • Excellent written and oral communication and people skills
- • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- • Project management skills ability to co-ordinate the implementation of campaigns and projects
